HONORARY FELLOWS OF RASC (Including Date Elected)
"The Board may elect any person or persons to Honorary Fellowship of the Company. Those so elected shall be restricted to members of, or those who administer, members of the Company and who have made significant and outstanding contributions of special benefit to the Company or to the Society. Those upon whom Honorary Fellowship is conferred may attend any general meeting at which he or she shall have the right to speak but not vote."
